The seat structure adopts a separate threaded or tapered seat design, which simplifies maintenance and improves sealing reliability. The upper seal also uses a separate threaded seat configuration. Sealing surfaces are reinforced using plasma-transferred arc welding, achieving hardness levels beyond standard requirements. Each sealing surface of high-performance relief valves is 100% dye-penetrant inspected to guarantee zero defects.

 

Clean Assembly & Long-Term Storage
Before final assembly, the valve cavity is high-pressure sprayed with kerosene and anti-rust oil. After calibration and pressure testing, all test media are thoroughly removed, and a protective anti-rust oil coating is applied. Cavity cleanliness meets strict industrial standards, making the valves suitable for long-term storage without corrosion or contamination.

 

Performance Guarantee
Within 18 months after delivery, if a pressure relief valve fails a set pressure or sealing test due to proven manufacturing defects, the producer guarantees a full replacement or refund, including all transportation costs.
