PZ673 Pneumatic knife gate valve
The Pneumatic Knife Gate Valve is designed for slurry, pulp, wastewater, and solid-laden fluids. Its pneumatic actuator ensures rapid, low-torque operation and precise on/off control. Constructed from wear- and corrosion-resistant materials, the valve delivers reliable sealing, long service life, and minimal maintenance for mining, chemical, water treatment, and pulp industries.
Pneumatic knife gate valve
Pneumatic Knife Gate Valves combine a sharp knife-edge gate with pneumatic actuation to achieve automated operation of abrasive, viscous, and fibrous media pipelines. Suitable for medium to large diameters, the valve prevents clogging, reduces operating torque, and ensures tight shut-off.
The valve supports flanged, wafer, and lug connections. Optional manual override and actuator configurations allow seamless integration with industrial automation systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA). OEM customization includes body and gate materials, seat types, pneumatic actuator specifications, and coatings for severe conditions.
